Blister Packaging

Confused about when to take your medications? We make it convenient with blister packaging and doses.

Ask our pharmacists to customize a blister pack for you. Our pharmacists at Cordova Bay Pharmacy can pre-pack your medications in weekly bubble packs tailored to your ideal medication schedule.

The blister pack is labeled with the name of the medication, dose and directions for use.

This is particularly suitable for those who are taking multiple medications. It improves compliance which improves your overall health.

Cordova Bay Pharmacy is pleased to offer a free delivery service for all prescription products upon request. We understand it may be difficult to get to us so we will make sure we get to you!

What is Functional Medicine?

Functional Medicine is a comprehensive systems approach which addresses the root cause of chronic disease.

It is a patient centered care model which focuses on the whole person rather than an isolated set of symptoms. Although our current medical system is efficient in managing acute conditions such as heart attacks, strokes, acute infections and conditions requiring surgical interventions, it lacks in addressing the prevention of chronic disease such as, but not limited to obesity, lipid disorders, hormone balancing, diabetes, hypertension, mood/stress, sleep, gastrointestinal issues, irritable bowel and chronic fatigue. These chronic diseases are often lifestyle driven. Addressing lifestyle factors such as stress, relaxation, exercise and nutrition can reduce the burden of chronic disease. Modifying these lifestyle factors can play an important role in overcoming and potentially correcting preventable chronic disease. This is the heart of Functional Medicine.
